Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work, both for class bookings and for the Yurraa software subscription. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +40 755 744 306.

Class bookings

Each studio sets its own cancellation window and refund rules for its classes, shown to you when you book. Because the class agreement is between you and the studio, refunds for class payments are handled by the studio. To cancel a class, do it in the app within the studio's window, or contact the studio directly.

How class refunds are paid

Class payments go directly to the studio through Stripe, so any approved refund is issued by the studio through Stripe back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, usually a few business days.

Waitlists

If a class is full you may join a waitlist. You are only charged according to the studio's rules; if you are not given a place, you are not charged for that class, or any hold is released.

Yurraa subscription for studios

Studio software subscriptions are billed in advance for each period. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the current period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period unless the law requires it. Free plans can be cancelled at any time at no cost.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you may have as a consumer under Romanian or EU law, including any statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.
