You can delete your Yurraa account and the data that goes with it at any time. This page explains both ways to do it and what happens to your data. It applies to the Yurraa and Yurroo apps.
In the app
Open the app, go to Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. The account is deactivated immediately and the deletion is processed without further steps.
By email
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject 'Account deletion'. We process verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, contact details, photo, bookings, passes and notifications are deleted. Records the law requires us to keep, such as billing documents, are retained for the legal period only. Backups expire within 30 days.
